 Dr. Josep Mª Pomerol Monseny trained in the speciality of Urology at the Fundació Puigvert in Barcelona and subsequently specialised in the field of Andrology at the same Centre with Dr. Josep Mª Pomerol Serra, pioneer in international Andrology. He extended his studies at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston and at the Medical Institute for Reproductive Medicine and Endocrinology of Texas. At the hands of the best American micro-surgeons he trained in microsurgical techniques of the seminal duct. He began his professional career in 1985 at the Institut Universitari Dexeus and the Institut d'Urología, Nefrología i Andrología ( Fundació Puigvert).
In this latter Institution he held the position of Deputy Director of the Andrology Service and between the years of 1993 and 2003 that of Director of the Service. Amongst many other positions in national and international scientific associations, he has held that of President of the Spanish Association of Andrology (ASESA).
He has participated as a guest in over 350 scientific events and has produced more 150 publications. He is co-editor of the book “Andrological Practice” and has participated as principal researcher on 20 clinical trials. See Curriculum

 Dr. Ana Puigvert studied medicine at the Hospital Clínic of Barcelona where she undertook her surgical training. She specialised in Andrology at the post-graduate school of the Fundación Puigvert completing the training programme in reproductive medicine, disorders of the sexual sphere, surgery of the genital area and microsurgery.
She developed her professional career as an andrologist at the Fundació Puigvert and has been a medical consultant at various andrology centres. She obtained her research proficiency in 2003 at the Universidad Autónoma of Barcelona.
Amongst many other positions in national and international scientific societies, she held the position of member of the board of the Spanish Association of Andrology (ASESA) and is currently the President of ASESA and Secretary of the Ibero-American Federation of Andrology.
She has participated as guest speaker at over 150 scientific events and has published various articles in scientific magazines and published various chapters in books from the field of andrology in the areas of both reproduction and pathology of the sexual sphere.

 Dr. Carolina Casasnovas Borras is a Clinical Psychologist, graduate from the University of Barcelona (UB) and specialising in Sexual and Relationship Therapy from the Instituto Superior de Estudios Psicológicos (ISEP) in Barcelona.
In the field of sexuality she is a specialist in the psychological evaluation and treatment of female and male sexual disorders, amongst them: male and female sexual dysfunctions, sex addiction, sex aversion and sexual identity disorders. In the family field, she specialises in relationship therapy. As a clinical psychologist, of note is her professional trajectory in the treatment of different psychopathologies in adolescents and adults. (Anxiety Disorders, Affective Disorders, Eating Disorders, problems of insecurity and low self-esteem...).
At a teaching level, she is associate professor in different psychological masters and post-graduate degree courses as well as associate psychologist in colleges of Barcelona imparting informative sessions and workshops for adolescents and parents in different areas (Sexuality, Self-esteem, Eating disorders and Adolescence).
